General Terms and Conditions AVIACOLLECT

General information


The online payment tool AVIACOLLECT is a platform of AVIAREPS AG (AVIAREPS AG., represented by the board of management, Josephspitalstr. 15, 80331 Munich, Germany, Mother Company of “Branch Office AVIAREPS AG” (hereinafter called AVIAREPS)) and is for the purpose of paying airline tickets and related services. In that case AVIAREPS AG exclusively acts as a mediator in the range of its operational activities as an agent for transport services (i.e.flights). AVIAREPS AG does not organize travels at its end. In case of booking, the contract for the journey shall be solely between you and the airline.

Therefore, the following conditions apply exclusively to AVIAREPS AG brokerage activities and have no influence on the conditions under which they take place through travel. The conditions of carriage of the respective airline apply.

1. Process of your request

Each accepted booking which is processed, is subject to the conditions, tariffs and regulations of the involved rail, shipping, and bus or rental car companies, car insurance or other companies, firms or persons.

After your booking has been confirmed and the payment is succesful, your ticket will be electronically sent to you by email.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your ticket is sent on time. While using this site, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

a. Confirmation

Your booking payment will be only accepted once you receive the booking confirmation. It is mandatory for you to check the accuracy of your data before proceeding to your payment on AVIACOLLECT. If you notice any discrepancies, we kindly ask you to inform AVIAREPS AG immediately. In case of changes of the booking due to your own mistake (e.g. due to a typing error) you are obliged to indemnify the damage legally.

Costs for changes or cancellations, caused by faulty transmission on the part of the customer, are to be paid to AVIAREPS. The amount of the fee depends on the conditions of the respective airline, rail, shipping, and bus or rental car companies, car insurance or other companies, firms or person. You should check the fare conditions in advance, before the ticket is issued or service is booked.

Please note that some cancellation or alteration of your booked airline tcket or related services are not possible or only under certain conditions.

b. Question for booking

In case you have any question concerning your ticket issuance or related services, payment or cancellation you can always contact us. AVIAREPS is committed to answer customer queries within two working days.

c. Cancellation / Changes

The cancellation or modification of your tickets or services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. In regards to any aviation ticket the terms and conditions of the respective airline apply. Please note that some cancellation or alteration of your tickets or services are not possible or only under certain conditions. The change or cancellation must be requested in written form directly from Aviareps or to the supplier.

All requests of modification or cancellation must be sent in writing to AVIAREPS from Monday until Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM excluding public holidays.

A booking or rebooking outside of the working hours is not possible through AVIAREPS or the payment platform AVIACOLLECT. In thease cases, please, contact the provider directly.

For every  voluntary change or voluntary cancellation of a booking, AVIAREPS reserves the right to charge a separate service fee.

d. Payment


AVIAREPS calculates all services on behalf of the respective supplier. In the case where payments are not fully completed, AVIAREPS is authorized to take legal action to claim the outstanding amount. Flights have to be paid completely immediately of the receipt of the booking confirmation. There is no obligation for AVIAREPS or a supplier to hand over tickets, confirmations, voucher or other journey documents as long as the payment has not been paid. The customer remains further obliged, however, to pay the amounts agreed for the ordered achievements in every case. Partial payments are not permitted. Only the means of payment mentioned on the webpage are accepted. Furthermore AVIAREPS reserves the rights to carry out occasional security checks of the credit card numbers to avoid frauds. You can therefore be asked by e-mail to send a proof of the address of the credit card holder and a copy of the credit card or a bank statement to AVIAREPS by fax or mail before tickets are issued. If you don't comply with the request in due time, AVIAREPS reserves the right to cancel the booking. We recommend to keep a copy of the transaction data (booking and paying data) for yourself.

e. Payment with Credit Card

All payments can be made by using a credit card (debit card). Charge backs are subject to payment by the customer against an administration fee. In case of any problems on the payment, we will contact you within one working day after the payment process by e-mail or by phone.

AVIAREPS cannot be held reliable in case of damages which are due to your fault on a failed payment.

f. Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the previous payment, in each case to the person who has previously made the payment.

2. Disclaimer

AVIAREPS AG accepts no liability whatsoever for the topicality, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided by third parties (e.g. co-operation partners, tour operators, airport operators, website users). Liability claims against AVIAREPS AG relating to damages of a material or non-material kind, which were caused by usage or non-usage of the information presented, are precluded, provided that there is no negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation on AVIAREPS AG part.
