General Terms and Conditions AVIACOLLECT

General information

The online payment tool AVIACOLLECT is a platform for payment air tickets and related services. In that case, Connect-Pro exclusively acts as a mediator in the range of its operational activities as an agent for transport services (i.e. flights). Connect-Pro does not organize travels at its end. In case of booking, the contract for the journey shall be solely between you and the airline. Therefore, the following conditions apply exclusively to Connect-Pro brokerage activities and have no influence on the conditions under which they take place through travel. The conditions of carriage of the respective airline apply.

1. The process of your request

Each accepted booking, which is processed, is subject to the conditions, rates and regulations of the involved airline, rail, shipping, and bus or rental car companies, car insurance or other companies, firms or persons. After confirming your booking and successful payment, the ticket will be sent to you by email within one working day from the date of payment. While using this site, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

a. Confirmation

Your booking payment will be only accepted once you receive the booking confirmation. It is mandatory for you to check the accuracy of your data before proceeding to your payment on AVIACOLLECT. If you notice any discrepancies, we kindly ask you to inform Connect-Pro immediately. In case of changes of the booking due to your own mistake (e.g. due to a typing error) you are obliged to indemnify the damage legally. Costs for changes or cancellations, caused by faulty transmission on the part of the customer, are to be paid to Connect-Pro. The amount of the fee depends on the conditions of the respective airline, rail, shipping, and bus or rental car companies, car insurance or other companies, firms or persons.

In many cases, changes to the issued ticket or service are not allowed. You should check the fare conditions in advance, before issuing an air ticket or service. Please note that some cancellation or alteration of your booked airline ticket or related services are not possible under the terms of the fare, or are possible only under certain conditions.

In case you have any question concerning your ticket issuance or related services, payment or cancellation you can always contact us. Connect-Pro is committed to answer customer queries within two working days.

c. Cancellation / Changes

The cancellation or modification of your tickets or services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. In regards to any aviation ticket, the terms and conditions of the respective airline apply. Please note that some cancellation or alteration of your tickets or services are not possible or only under certain conditions. The change or cancellation must be requested in written form directly from Connect-Pro or to the supplier.

All requests of modification or cancellation must be sent in writing to Connect-Pro from Monday until Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM excluding public holidays.

A booking or rebooking outside of the working hours is not possible through Connect-Pro or the payment platform AVIACOLLECT. In these cases, please, contact the provider directly.

For every voluntary change or voluntary cancellation of a booking, Connect-Pro reserves the right to charge a separate service fee.

d. Payment

Connect-Pro calculates all services on behalf of the respective supplier. There is no obligation for Connect-Pro or a supplier to hand over tickets, confirmations, vouchers or other journey documents as long as the payment has not been paid. You are obligated to pay the agreed cost for confirmation of service immediately in full within 24 hours of confirmation of availability of the certificate or upon confirmation of availability, if this is required by the conditions of the tariff. Partial payments are not permitted. Only the means of payment mentioned on the webpage are accepted. Furthermore, Connect-Pro reserves the rights to carry out occasional security checks of the credit card numbers to avoid frauds. You can therefore be asked by e-mail to send a proof of the address of the credit card holder and a copy of the credit card or a bank statement to Connect-Pro by fax or mail before tickets are issued. If you don't comply with the request in due time, Connect-Pro reserves the right to cancel the booking. We recommend keeping a copy of the transaction data (booking and paying data) for yourself.

e. Payment with Credit Card

All payments can be made by using a credit or debit card. Chargebacks are subject to payment by the customer against an administration fee. In case of any problems on the payment, we will contact you within one working day after the payment process by e-mail or by phone. Connect-Pro cannot be held reliable in case of damages, which are due to your fault on a failed payment.

f. Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the previous payment, in each case to the person who has previously made the payment. Refunds are made after deduction of the service fee charged by Connect-Pro when making the reservation and related services. There is no refund for the service fee. By paying the service fee when booking and related services, the payer (consumer, passenger, etc.) agrees (accepts the general conditions set out herein) with the general conditions and the refund policy of Connect-Pro, and also confirms the proper provision of services by Connect-Pro.

2. Exclusion of liability

Connect-Pro accepts no liability whatsoever for the topicality, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided by third parties (e.g. cooperation partners, tour operators, airport operators, website users). Liability claims against Connect-Pro relating to damages of a material or non-material kind, which were caused by usage or non-usage of the information presented, are precluded, if there is no negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation on Connect-Pro part.

Connect-Pro is not an official branch (including a representative office) of any airline or other organization providing services which are booked through Connect-Pro.

If any claims arise concerning the services of an airline or other organization providing services, the reservation of which is made via Connect-Pro, the payer (including the passenger or other person whose reservation is paid for by the payer) undertakes to settle them (without involving Connect-Pro) directly with the airline and other organization providing services, the reservation of which is made via Connect-Pro.

Unless otherwise specified, we do not endorse any of these other websites and expressly disassociate ourselves herewith from all contents of these sites. This declaration applies to all links to external sites covered by AVIACOLLECT and to all the contents of these sites to which these links lead. We reserve the right to make the link to other websites contingent upon our express written consent and to withdraw our consent to a link at any time.

Connect-Pro reserves all copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights in the information on this site and it is given no particular or implied license. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the information or proprietary rights contained in this website is strictly prohibited.

5. Modification of terms and conditions

Connect-Pro is not obligated at any time to inform customers about changes in the terms and conditions (i.e. update) on the website (https://www.aviacollect.com/). The terms and conditions are valid from the date of the latest update. Your continued usage of the webpage following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

6. Jurisdiction

This contract is subject to the law of Russian Federation.

7. Security

When paying for an order with a bank card payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system which has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not go through the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store, can receive the personal and banking data of the client.

When working with card data the information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is used which ensures secure processing of the Bank Card details of the Holder. The applied data transfer technology guarantees the security of transactions with Bank cards through the use of Transport Layer Security (TLS), Verified by Visa, Secure Code protocols, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.

In case of a refund, the funds are returned to the same card with which the payment was made.
